Welcome to Local Legends!

This interactive demo will teach you how to play. Each player builds a deck and battles to defeat their opponent's Legends.

Goal: Defeat all of your opponent's Legends to win!

The Game Board

Each player has:

3 Active Legend slots - Your Legends in play
Legend Deck - Draw new Legends from here
Wild Cards - Special ability cards (held in hand)
Stake Card - Your prize card (winner takes it!)

HP & Card Types

Each Legend has Health Points (HP) shown as maple leaves. When HP hits 0, the Legend is defeated.

Legend Types:

🏠 Local Legends - Community heroes
🏔️ Provincial Legends - Regional icons
⭐ National Legends - Country-wide legends

Your Turn

On your turn, you get 3 attacks (one per active Legend).

For each attack:

Choose which Legend attacks
Choose which enemy Legend to target
Roll the die - if you meet or beat the required roll, you hit!

Click on your Legends to attack, then click an opponent's Legend to target them. Roll the die and see if your attack succeeds!
